Florida Section IFT 2016 Suppliers’ Night

The annual Florida Section IFT Suppliers’ Night affords companies serving all segments of the food industry an opportunity to showcase products and exchange information with purchasers in the Florida region.  Segments to be represented include: beverages, dairy, seafood, baking, confectionary, fruit & vegetables, meats & poultry, retail foods, food service, processing/laboratory equipment, sanitation, and analytical testing.

Booth Space

Early Bird Pricing (before November 29): $450.00 per table top

Regular Pricing (after November 29): $499.00 per table top

Electrical Service*: $100.00 per table top

Electrical Service can be ordered for $100.00.

There is a limit to the number of booths available with electrical service.

If you will require electricity in your booth, you must purchase it at the time you purchase your booth. you may not be able to add it at a later date (depends upon availability).

Wall space will be assigned first to suppliers needing electrical service.

Table Top Fee Includes:
One (1) 6 foot draped table
Two (2) chairs
Wastebasket
What Is Permitted?
A table top display that cannot exceed 5 ft
Educational and sales collateral
Samples, other food products, giveaways
Instruments and equipment
Booths must have appropriate personnel for the entire duration of the event
What Is NOT Permitted?
Table top displays that cannot exceed 5 ft
Activities or loud noises that disturb other exhibitors
Solicitations, interviews or distribution of literature outside of the confines of your booth space
You may not tear down your booth space before 6:00 PM
Shipping Instructions
You must make arrangements directly with the hotel to ship your remaining materials back to your office. We suggest bringing FedEx, UPS or other shipping company labels with you with the return information pre-filled.
30 to 60 days prior to the event, an email will be send to each exhibitor with instructions regarding shipping items to the convention center and how to arrange return shipping.
Customer Appreciation Door Prizes
In addition to the extensive list of door prizes provided by the Florida Section IFT, we encourage exhibitors and other interested parties to donate special door prizes with the intent of increaseing customer attendance. These prizes will be distributed throughout the event, and all contributors will be recognized at the drawing.

Thursday – February 11th:

    • 11:00am – 2:00pm – Exhibitor Setup
    • 1:00pm – 2:00pm -Keynote SPeaker
    • 2:00pm – 6:00pm – Suppliers’ Night Exhibits
    • 6:30pm – 7:30pm – hors d’oeuvres and cash bar

This 6,830 yard, par 71 championship course is graced by the presence of century-old oaks, lofty cypress trees, a dozen intriguing and challenging water hazards and the presence of Sandhill Cranes.
